The Outlook for the first half of 2010 looks pretty grim. I feel the ones in control of these markets will look to shake everyone loose by mid year and pick up the spoils into 2011. I can see this market going as high as SPX 1250 by the end of 2011 but not without a lot of rough bumps first.
